Revolution Mill Site

Prescott Environmental Associates, Inc. is now involved in its seventh former industrial site. The site is located at Yanceyville Street and Revolution Mill Drive in Greensboro, NC. This former Cone Mills textile manufacturing facility is being renovated into offices spaces, studios and various commercial operations. The oldest part of the mill is 100 years old, and the owners are taking extraordinary measures to protect and enhance the historical aspects of the facilities and to make the site attractive to new tenants. All the local colleges and universities are leasing space at the facility. Tenants are lining up for newly renovated space as fast as it becomes available.

Prescott Environmental Associates, Inc. is working with the owners to complete various environmental assessment and remediation activities at the site, providing a wide range of environmental consulting services. Prescott Environmental Associates, Inc. is working with various partners to complete the environmental consulting services at the Site, including East Coast Environmental, A&D Environmental, and EPS of Vermont.
